Missing constraints in the command dialog

This problem occurs because of the deactivated constraints in the command dialog.

To activate constraints again:

1. Click on Dialog options and select more. (Also you can click down arrow at the bottom of the dialog box.)
2. “Settings” tab will be opened in the dialog box.
3. Look at the “Enabled constraints” tab whether or not any of the constraints deselected.
4. Activate constraint if not the constraint deselected.
5. You will see the activated constraints in the “Constraint” tab in the dialog box.
