After a note is created, the snapped arrowhead does not move to another location. There are two methods to move arrowhead.
To move the note arrowhead on a snapped object path, press “Shift” and drag the note. The arrowhead will move with the note.
To change its snapped point.
- Click twice on the note to edit it.
- Note dialog box will open.
- Click on the “Select Terminating Object” bar.
- Select a new placement point.
