There are two different commands to project edges and sketch curves to working sketch.
- Convert Entities
- Silhouette Entities
Convert Entities: Projects the selected entities (edges/curves) into the sketch.
Silhouette Entities: Projects all of the edges on the selected body.
Problem: When the face selected, a warning appears as “The face selected cannot be perpendicular to the sketch plane or face”.
Solution: The selected face is perpendicular to the working sketch. Try to select edges of the face or another face.
Problem: I can not select an edge or curve to project
Solution: Probably you project the edge before. You can not project the same edge twice in the sketch. If you can not project a curve, it might be the working sketch curve.
