Sketch fillet command creates a radius at the intersection of two curves. These curves might be free or connected at the intersection point.

To create a fillet:
- Activate the “Sketch Fillet” command
- Type the fillet radius value in the “Fillet Parameters” tab.
- Select the first line
- Select the second line
- The preview of the fillet will be seen at the intersection of the lines.
- Click on “Ok” to create a fillet.
- Click on “Ok” or press the “Esc” key to finish the command.

Note: You can create more than one fillet at the same time.
Note 2: If the fillet preview does not occur and can not make fillet on the intersection of the lines, The line length might be smaller than the radius value.
Example: Create a fillet radius: 5mm as shown in the figure.

Solution:
- Draw lines
- Click on the “Sketch Fillet” command”
- Type “5” on a radius value bar in the “Fillet Parameters” tab
- Select line 1 and line 2
- Click “Ok” to create the fillet
- If the fillet created. Press “Esc” to exit command
