Painting Closed Area in NX drafting

You can paint a closed area on the model view or a closed area created by curves in NX Drafting as shown in the figure.

To paint a closed region in Drafting:

1. Start the “Area Fill” command.
2. Select a closed region selection method.
   1. Boundary Curves: Select curves of the closed boundary
   2. Point in Region: Click inside of the closed boundary. Curves will be selected automatically.
3. Change the “Pattern Method” to “Solid Fill“.
4. Change color.
5. Click the “Ok” button to apply the color.
