Changing Solid Body Density in NX

You can change a solid body density in NX Modeling.

Important Note: If you assign a material to a solid body, remove the material from the body before changing its density.

To change solid body density:

1. Start the “Solid Density” command.
   Menu => Edit => Feature => Solid Density
2. Select a solid body in the graphics window.
3. Set the Unit type.
4. Type a new density value into the “Solid Density” box.
   
5. Click “Ok” to assign a new density value to the solid body and exit from the command.
