Points Pattern on Face in NX

You can create a points pattern on a face in Siemens NX Modeling as shown in the figure.

To create a point-set pattern on a Face:

1. Start the “Point Set” command.
2. Change the creation method to “Face Points”.
3. Change the “Face Points by” setting to “Pattern” 
4. Select Face
5. Arrange the number of points in U and V directions in the “Pattern Definition” tab
6. The preview will be seen in the graphics window.
7. Click on the “OK” button to create points set on the face.
