Browser command in NX shows relations between features of the model in a newly opened dialog box.
You can start browser command in different ways
1- By starting the “Browser” command:
- Click the “Browse” command
Menu => Information => Browser - An empty Browser dialog box will open
- Select a feature
- The relations between the selected feature and other (parent/child) features will be shown in the dialog box.
2- By starting the “Browse” command on the selected feature.
- Move the mouse cursor on the feature
- Click and hold the right mouse button on the feature to open radial toolbars. Move the mouse cursor on the “Browser” command on the radial toolbars commands. Release the right mouse button
- Right-click on a feature and select the “Browse” command on the opened list.
- Feature relations will open in the browser dialog box.
In the browser window
- The selected feature is in a rectangle in the center of the dialog box.
- The objects used to create the selected feature are listed under the selected feature. You can see and change the characteristics of these objects. To change the dimension value of the object click twice on it and type a new value.
- The characteristics of the feature are listed under the main feature.
- Parent features are on the left of the selected feature
- Child features are on the right of the selected feature
