You can change the visibility of the constraints in the sketch in NX. But the function location changes due to your sketch application type. As you know there are two types of creating a sketch method. These methods are “Sketch” or “Sketch in Task Environment”. (To learn the differences between these methods click here)
You can show or hide constraints in the sketch in NX by using the “Display Sketch Constraints” in the ribbon bar as shown in the figure but the location of the command changes in the different sketch applications.
The locations of the “Display Sketch Constraints” in the (Sketch is active)
- Sketch: Home => Direct Sketch Group => More (Drop-down) => Display Sketch Constraints
- Sketch in Task Environment: Home => Constraints => Display Sketch Constraints
The color of the “Display Sketch Constraints” change as a blue if it is active. The constraints in the sketch will be shown if the command is active.
