Change the Background in the NX CR

You can change the background color and style in the NX. You can assign different colors and styles for “Shaded Views” and “Wireframe Views”. Background changes when you change view style.

To change the background start “Edit Background” command in the “View Ribbon Bar”

You can edit background for both “Shaded Views” and “Wireframe Views”. If your background color did not change, You might be in the other view or change the wrong view style. 

There are two styles in the “Edit Background” command

• Plain: assigns a simple color to the background. You can assign one color for both two view styles. (Only views that “Plain” selected)
• Graduated: assigns two colors to the background, color changes softly between two colors through top to bottom. You can edit both top and bottom colors.
